* The_Adaptor has been on a mini crime spree the last couple of weeks... robbing banks... to pay for his new hideout. He is a bit amazed what kind of work you can get done if you pay enough money. Most contractors really will look the other way. Of course, his able to adapt $1 bills into $100 bills has turned into a great benefit to him as well
* Elektra` meanwhile, twirls her sais as she waits outside the hideout of a man that she has been paid to kill...her red outfit stands out a bit in the dark as she stalks her prey...
* The_Adaptor He found a nice little abandoned warehouse, sold thru the 'Thugs-R-Us' blackmarket... just perfect for his plans of diabolical revenge. Good sized, out of the way, with running water and working electricity. Near the docks and a major arterial road as well... perfect for coming or going by car, truck, van or boat...
* The_Adaptor it took him a couple weeks... but now, all the material that he has wanted has been delivered and put in place. Thus, he has spent the last week getting to know the hideout... the city... and... his foe! She doesn't know it yet... but he has been vowing personal revenge ever since she killed his brother
* The_Adaptor the tragic death which he saw ... he knows that she didn't realize it, else she would of killed him as well. His brothers death, which also, from the strange ways of mutations, angered and upset him enough to set off his mutant powers... thus giving birth to --- THE ADAPTOR!!
* Elektra` continues to search for her target through some binoculars that she has carried with her, seeing her target as she sets down the binoculars, grabbing a bow and arrow. She aims the bow and arrow, and finally lets it go, hearing it shoot through the glass and hit her target as she begins to stand up...
* The_Adaptor is driving out of his garage in his Adaptormobile (old chevy van bought from utility company) to go look for his foe.... when he suddenly slams the brakes and comes to a screetching halt not three blocks from his hideout. He looks to his left to see again a brieft flash ... like light reflecting off moving glass... then sees his opponent standing up ... with a bow and arrow in her hand... looking towards his neighbors hideout
<The_Adaptor> Holy Crap!! Did she just kill Banzai Bob?!?!
* Elektra` starts to run as she jumps from roof to roof, leaving her target behind as she knows that she hit her mark, now looking to escape before she has to deal with any of the target's men or any police that may want to 'talk to her', her red costume a blur as she continues her escape...
* The_Adaptor slams the van in reverse and punches the gas... gravel spits as I back up... then gravel spits the other way as I pop the van in drive and floor it... aiming down that alley as I look up to watch you running along the roof tops... knocking over cans and boxes and scaring alley cats as I hurtle the van down the narrow streets
<The_Adaptor> Guess I don't have to look far for her now!! Damn... she can run!!
* Elektra` suddenly stops on a rooftop, turning as she hears the loud commotion behind her. She gives a small smile, intrigued by the 'chasing' and pulls out her bow and arrow again, this time letting an arrow shoot towards the windshield of the chasing car before starting to run again...
* The_Adaptor I jerk the wheel to the side as I close my eyes and jerk my head in reaction to the arrow suddenly bursting through my windshield... I bounce off one wall with a shower of sparks... then the next wall as I over correct... keeping my foot thrust to the floorboard so that the van will continue down the alley... bouncing from one brick wall to the other.. my main purpose is to get ahead of you as I fly down the street
<The_Adaptor> Shitttt!!!!!! Ohhhhh... you bitch!! Yeah.. you wait.... gonna gettya!!!
* Elektra` 's red costume flows as she jumps from building to building almost effortlessly, not at all concerned by the car crashing behind her as it has something she has seen a million times...
* Elektra` then slides down a fire escape, pulling her sais as she lands on the ground, turning around to see if the car is coming woards her....
* The_Adaptor grins as he catches up... and then speeds past... jerking my head to look thru the only remaining rear view mirror that wasn't torn off to see you land on the ground behind me... I slam on the brake and yank the wheel to the side... adding more damage to the van's fenders and sides as I spin it around in the alley to finally come to a stop facing you
<The_Adaptor> Ahhh haaa!! Stopped running!! Good!
* Elektra` watches the van, her eyes narrowing as she stares at the man inside of the car...almost angry that she did not kill him with the first arrow...twirling her sais as she waits for him to make his move, her 'wrappy' costume reacting to the wind...
* The_Adaptor I hunch closer to the wheel... and then punch the accellerator again... the van fishtailing before it straightens out... to fly down the alley straight towards you... the closer I get.. the wider my grin gets... my knuckles whitening about the steering wheel... energy going into the van to 'adapt' it as it goes faster and faster...
<The_Adaptor> (one adaption not 'known'.. yet.. is that glass now thicker and 'bullet' proff.. in case you want to try to shoot thru it again :P)
* Elektra` doesn't show a hint of fear as she sees the van flying towards her at a very fast speed. She jumps on the hood as it comes near her and she uses the momentum to jump over the entire car. She then throws her sai at the rear windshield and looks a bit surprised as it bounces back towards her...
<The_Adaptor> Damnnnnn... MISSED HER!! Whaa... the heck?! Hrmph!!!
* The_Adaptor my head goes up as I watch you jumping up and over... whipping my head around to the back to see you land... half flinching as you throw the sai... which bounces off the glass to my surprise... I slam on the brakes... the van squealing to a halt much faster then it had before... and I jam the van into reverse.. and back up quickly towards you... the motor and brakes and transmission also 'adapting' like the glass
* Elektra` drops to the ground just as she sees the car coming back towards her quickly in reverse. Again she leaps onto the van, this time on the bumper as she tries again to unsucessfully break the glass with the handle of her sai...
* Elektra` then jumps off the bumper towards the side of the van before it rams into anything, her frustration growing as she is unable to kill her attacker as quickly as she wants...
* The_Adaptor you see me grin as I see you leap on the bumper... I see a dumpster that I had missed 50 feet back... and steer towards it... the van going faster ... you may notice that the crunched and scratched metal seems to be... straightening out .. I stick my tongue out at you.. hoping to distract you a bit
<The_Adaptor> Ha!! Yeah!! You think you're HOT... don't cha BITCH!! :-}~~~~~~~~~~~
* Elektra` tumbles off the van as she takes her sai and tosses it at the gas tank of the villain's car, hoping to cause some gas to start leaking out....her anger growing at the disrespect the villain is showing her by swearing at her and sticking his tongue out at her...
* The_Adaptor you see the sai strike the gas tank.. but it doesn't spark as you wanted.. but it does puncture it... a stream of gasoline starting to flow from the tank ... tho the tank also has your one sai... I jerk as the van just then slams into the dumpster... the wheeled garbage container spinning about and crashing down the alley as I bring the van to a halt... my head going left and right as I try to figure out where you went this time
<The_Adaptor> Dammit!! Little fuckin' rabbit!! Bounce bounce bounce!!!
* Elektra` smiles a bit as she hears the man yelling and the van slamming into the wall. She pulls out a match as she smiles, an evil look in her eyes as she tosses the match toward the stream of gasoline that pours out of the tank.....
* The_Adaptor I wonder what you are doing with a match... then my eyes flick to the gas gauge.. should be more gas then that... unless...
<The_Adaptor> ohhhhhh SHIT!!!!
* The_Adaptor I slam open the drivers door and dive out... the van still moving since still in gear... moving slowly backwards .. pushing the dumpster along as I hit the ground rolling to lessen the impact

* Elektra` doesn't pay any attention to the loud noise or the villain diving out as she runs toward her original sai and then dives to avoid the explosion that she created, still smiling from the small 'victory'
* The_Adaptor my outfit 'adapts' as I roll... to harden... stiff... the material changing to absorb the impact... I stop rolling and then jerk my eyes away as the gas of the van catches fire... the stream of fire racing after the van .. the gas tank soon *phoossshingTHUMMMPP* as it catches fire.. but not exploding (since such are just hollywood myths about cars! :P)... the dumpster also catching fire
<The_Adaptor> CRAP!! I just BOUGHT THAT!! Dammit!!!!
* Elektra` walks up towards the villain, her sai retrieved as she comes close to her attacker, the smirky smile still on her face as she stands ion front of his fallen form, standing above her with her sai pointed at him...
<Elektra`> "Who are you?"
* The_Adaptor I look to see that you are RIGHT THERE... I snarl more to myself for being distracted by the fire... adrenaline pumping through my body as I glare up at you... you would think that my outfit would be ripped and dirty... but seems almost spotless... I kick out at your left leg with my right while jerking my head to the side away from where the sai is pointing

* Elektra` effortlessly jumps over his left leg, smiling a bit because she thinks he is being clumsy, as she keeps her eyes on him...still with the smile on her face as she twirls her sai a bit just to point out that she is in control :)
<Elektra`> "Who are you?"
* The_Adaptor I use the force of my leg to shift my body ... so I flip around... then bring it up under me to get back to my feet... grabbing ahold of a brick as I do so... whipping back around with the brick which adds force and speed to my spin .. the brick going towards your head/neck/shoulder area
<The_Adaptor> Does it matter?!?
* Elektra` bends backwards in a backbend as she sees the brick coming towards her, using her flexibility to avoid the dangerous and heavy brick before she flips her body over into a standing position again...
<Elektra`> "Not really...."
* Elektra` smiles again...
* Elektra` then attacks with her sai, aiming for his throat....
<The_Adaptor> Whooooooaaaa!!!
* The_Adaptor I feel a chill going through me... feeling a tingling as I snap my other hand up... to catch the sai and HOLD IT... just as the point ALMOST touches my neck... turning towards you... bringing my other hand with the brick this time in an underhand blow towards your midsection
* Elektra` feels her deadly blow stopped by his hand, surprised a bit by the strength that comes from the normal-looking man. She is forced to let her sai go as she backflips backward, trying hard to avoid the heavy brick coming towards her quickly...
* Elektra` glares at him, her smile turning a bit to anger and frustration as she has lost her sai...
<The_Adaptor> Givemethat!!! Now... take THIS!!!
* The_Adaptor is probably more surprised then you are at the sai-catch and the odd strength in my arm as I grip the metal weapon... my body 'adapting' to better battle you... 'adapting' not to a level of a draw... but 'adapting' to win! I spin the sai in my hand as I step back to balance myself before throwing the brick... VERY HARD & FAST... at you
* Elektra` tries to move quickly, seeing the brick flying towards her in a blur. She tries to move her body to get away, but she moves too slowly and the brick hits her shoulder knocking her backwards painfully. She grabs her shoulder in pain as she glares at him and then attacks violently, trying to punch at him...

* The_Adaptor not knowing how... more by instinct then anything else (aka 'adaption') I get your sai up... and twist it... to catch your wrist between the sai's blade and it's quillon... capturing your right wrist and then forcing it down and out away from my body... my other hand punching towards your wounded shoulder

* Elektra` groans as she sees him move quickly, grabbing her wrist in her own sai as she sees her own weapon being used against her again, reminding her of the tragic consequences the first time this has happened as she feels his fist slamming into her shoulder. She groans, not believing that there is someone quicker than her, as she spins her leg around in a desperation kick..
<The_Adaptor> OOouuuuff!!
* The_Adaptor I grunt as I stagger back as your knee slams into my side... my 'adapted' uniform absorbing much of the impact to prevent me from suffering broken ribs... the sai shifting so that it no longer traps your wrist... I grab the front of your costume between your breasts with my other hand.. jerking you towards me as I slam my heads forwards towards yours

* Elektra` feels her costume being grabbed violently, pulling her hands up as she sees his head slamming forward toward hers, her thumbs aiming toward his eyes as she tries in despeartion to keep him from knocking her out...

* The_Adaptor I feel your thumbs driving into my temples just as I bring my head down to slam into your head with my forehead... a jab of fear at being blinded making another surge of 'adaption' to rush through me... I bring the sai back and then spin it around... driving it towards your left thigh... not wanting to kill you.... yet

* Elektra` is so surprised by the sudden 'adaptation', that she is thrown off when he attacks back, slamming the sai into her thigh, causing a rush of pain to surge through her own body as her own weapon attacks her....

* Elektra` looks down in shock at her thigh, not believing she has been hurt by her own weapon, her face a little white from the surprise...
<The_Adaptor> (you wouldn't see or sense any adaption as it is more internal... just would notice faster or stronger etc.. at least, with THESE adaptions ;))
<Elektra`> (oh OK:) I was referring mostly to the fact that my jamming my thumbs into you didn't do what I thought it was supposed to..so she's not really reacting to the 'adaptation', but to the results. Is that OK?)

* The_Adaptor as you fall back... I move ahead.. my other hand moving to my shoulder then whipping back with amazing speed towards your head in a closed fist back hand... the look on my face is one a mix of surprise.. and anger... and a odd joy as I see you on the defensive now
* Elektra` limps backwards a bit, feeling her leg bleeding a little as she is caught by the very quick and very fast hand moving towards her face, slamming hard into her face, causing it to swing to the side, a little blood under her nose as she stumbles back and falls, knocking down a couple metal trash cans as she can't understand how he is so much stronger and quicker than before...

* The_Adaptor I slam the sai down as you fall.. so that it plunges point down into the ground right next to your right ankle.. the quillion going across your strapped ankle so that it is pinned to the ground as the sai sticks deep into through the cement... my left foot then snaps out towards your head

* Elektra` feels the sai pressing harshly against her leg, trapping her right ankle to the ground as she struggles to try and pull it upwards, surprised by the utter strength demonstrated by her attacker as she feels his left foot kicking forward and hitting her red-covered head, only brutalzing her more as she coughs and tries to deal with the pain in her nose...

* The_Adaptor I grab one of the garbage cans.. and turn it over... dumping out all the trash as I swing it towards you.. the metal can sparkling oddly as I swing it around towards your head as you try to pull the sai up from your ankle... angry at you more for not knowing then if you did recognize the name

* Elektra` groans painfully as she feels the metal garbage can denting after it hits her head, her body still fighting with her trapped ankle as she hears him yelling at her as the pain rushes through her head...

* The_Adaptor I bring the can up and over my head... then I slam it down over your head... so that you are caught inside the container... your arms being pulled to your sides as the can crashes down around you... I then keep hold of it and then start to slam my knee into the can again and again and again... denting the can to smash into you as I hold you half up

* Elektra` 's groans echo in the metal container, giving them a metallic sound as she feels something pounding into her from the outside of the trash can, unable to pull it off of her as the force keeps striking her over and over again...

* Elektra` groans as she squirms inside of the can, trying to wriggle it off of her as she feels her left leg pulling harshly by the man, barely hearing him inside the trash can as she squirms...

* The_Adaptor I pull grab your other sai... then spread your legs wider and wider... pulling HARD on your foot.... I then drive your sai down into the concrete of the alley way... to pin your left ankle like your right.. so you are in a split in the alley way as you fight to get the can off

* Elektra` grits her teeth as she feels her other sai forced downwards into the ground, humiliated and feeling helpless as her own weapons are used to trap her in this uncomfortable position, the can clanging as she tries to wriggle it off, her muscles struggling against the sais as she pulls harshly upwards, grinding her own skin against the metal...

* The_Adaptor I move between your legs... and then kick forwards... driving the toe of my boot sadistically into your crotch... then as you jerk forwards with the can over your head... I slam my fists into the top of it ... hammer hard and jack hammer fast... surprising myself as the loud clanging fills the alley

* Elektra` feels the toe of the man's boot driving harshly into her, causing her great pain and a rush of humiliation as she sits up quickly before she feels the fists slamming hard into the metal can, the clanging hurting her ears as well as the fists slamming into her, causing her to bruise and bleed a little as he lets out years of frustration out on the can and the woman inside..

* The_Adaptor again and again I punch the can... moving around you so that I keep the can (and you) in a fairly upright position... my knuckles start to bleed a bit.. but the pain is nothing to me as I continue to release my pent up anger at you.. the can taking on 'curves' as it starts to bend and crush about your body... the banging sounds within almost as bad as the blows that knock you this way and that

* Elektra` groans as she feels the pain in both her body and her eardrums as the painful beating continues, each blow echoing several times inside the trash can as well as the moans, her body being beaten severely as she tries her hardest to escape the metal 'prison'
* The_Adaptor the concrete cracking around the sais as I beat you...you in your hard harsh split.. your lithe body being slammed this way and that... snarling I then I step back to kick out hard in a spin kick... my right foot connecting so hard against the can that it knocks it completely off your body
<The_Adaptor> Girl... I am going to beat you until you BEG for DEATH!!! But... unlike my brother... you will not get that LUXURY!!

* Elektra` groans as she feels the heavy, hard kick slam into the can, right about where her face would be, slamming the can harshly against the ground with a loud clang as the blow had so much force, it caused her right leg to pull the sai out of the ground. She slowly writhes on the ground, her body beaten, bruised and bloody as she squirms slowly...not looking much like the strong capable ninja she was just a few minutes ago..
<The_Adaptor> GET up Bitch!! Look at me!! See who I am!!!
* The_Adaptor I move behind you... and drive my right knee up into your back between your shoulders... I then reach around you and grab your chin in my hands... and pull your head back... while pressing forwards with my knee... grinding my knee into your back as I pull your head back
* Elektra` groans as she feels her head being pulled back by the chin, her nose bloody and her eyes a little blackened and bruised by the beating as she feels the knee pushing hard into her back. She then feels him slowly and painfully pulling up on her chin, causing her back to grind more and more into her back, causing her to moan as her body slowly arches, a look of pain on her face as she weakly struggles her arms searching for any weapon
* Elektra` then feels him pull back again, her hands rushing towards her own face as the pressure on her back continues to increase, each bone in her back crying out in pain as he threatens to break her in half from the painful arch..

* The_Adaptor your left leg still caught keeps you from getting any good leverage against me as I continue to pull your head back... my knee pressing into your back... my facial features 'adapting' as I manhandle you... to take on the features of my brother that you killed... subconsciously giving you pain for my dead brother

* Elektra` feels the knee pressing hard against her, her back cracking a little as she feels the knee pressing further and further into her spine, bending her body as she frantically tries to free her face and chin with her hands..her body weak, bruised and bleeding too much from the beating to put up much of a fight as the painful hold continues to bend her backwards....

* The_Adaptor I grin sadistically at you as I pull back more and more on your chin... taking note of you trying to reach for a weapon.. anything... as I glare down at you... my brothers face my 'mask' of adapted fury... twisting my leg so that my knee GRINDS into your back cruely
<The_Adaptor> So... you are efficient.. yet STUPID?!? is that what you are saying?? That you don't know who or why you kill... and forget it???!
* Elektra` groands harshly as her body is jerked backwards more and more....her face bright red from having to deal with the extraordinary pain, her face sweating as she feels the pain intensify in her spine...the incredible pressure causing her to shake and shudder involuntarily as her spine deals with the incredible pain.....

I grab your wrists as they do... to pull them back.. twisting them straight to the sides ... then pulling back... to grind you back into my knee as I press ahead again!!

* Elektra` groans as she feels the pressure released from her face and chin, her body lunging forward a bit as that pressure is released, but soon she is pulled backwards her own arms, causing the muscles in her arms to stretch and flex as she tries to pull them free..feeling the knee digging into her spine again.....
