Tales of Carrion Mansion.

Episode 15.

Strange Encounters in High School

"When I babysit I babysit alone. I like it that way, the kids like it that way, the parents who pay me like it that way. So everyone stay away and no one gets hurt. And this is to the tenth power when I'm at Carrion Mansion."

Mindy had never taken her friend Elvira Peterson seriously when she said that. They were best friends after all. And anyway Elvira always exaggerated. Well almost always. It turned out that Elvira was dead serious. Jeremy and Helga Carrion were mad scientist. Jeremy had shrunk Elvira to doll size, while Helga had transformed Mindy into a fairy. Kidnapped by a group of mutated spider men, Mindy had barely avoided being sacrificed to their god. She escaped into the night but they followed on flying rats. Mindy managed to escape from them, but not before tangling her wings with webbing. As we join the transformed girl she is falling to Earth.@1999 By Skytower

Mindy McConnell liked to swim, but she hated to dive. Mindy had often told her best friend Elvira that you could never be sure if the water would be there between the time you left the board and the time you were actually supposed to hit it. Truthfully her worst nightmare was falling into a deep black pit and never hitting the bottom.

Her current situation came as close to her nightmare as she ever wanted to. Her wings were tangled in a silken web, she was barely able to keep them straight, much less move them. Panic was eating at the edges of her mind, making it even harder to turn her fall into a glide. But she was doing it anyway. Slowly she caught the air currents, turning, bending and twisting her way into a long easy slope. It worked and she started to relax.

Until she realized there was a large building in her way.

Mindy didn't know how strong her new body was, she'd only had it a few hours after all. A few hours during which she had been drugged, nearly sacrificed and chased by flying rats. To end that by slamming into a building like Wyle E. Coyote, was not something the transformed girl was going to let happen. With strength born partly of anger, partly of fear she willed her wings to move. Mindy cleared the edge of the building by millimeters, twisting her body like a pole-vaulter. Once she was clear her wings gave out entirely and she landed on the roof, rolling until her momentum gave out.

At that point Mindy wanted nothing more from life than to lay down and rest. She had felt pain from each of the beach ball sized gravel rocks as she rolled. Her wings were so sore it hurt to think about

them. But it wasn't over yet, she had to get under cover. Struggling to her feet Mindy staggered over to a partially open skylight. The skylight had a rubber border and the transformed young girl fell against it and lay there, gasping for air. She tried to get up, but her body simply refused to move. All it did in response to her minds frantic commands was tremble. Giving up Mindy slumped down, resting her head on the rubber. At least she was off the gravel.

It took a few minutes for Mindy to get her wind back. While she did her antenna searched the air. They found nothing. Either the spider men and their mounts had crashed or they were being very quiet.

Okay, she thought, they're gone. Now where am I?

There was no way to recall the path she had flown, it had been random and Mindy had not been in a mood to take down notes. A wave of panic rose in her. What if she was lost? The panic met her exhaustion and was defeated. There was no way she could be in a worse situation than being caught by the spider men. Slowly Mindy got to her knees, then to her feet. She looked around, not recognizing anything. It was a dark rooftop. Over the edge shown the streetlights, but below the edge were only dark and darker forms. Mindy turned around and looked into the skylight.

"Hoo-yah!" she whispered. Her stomach tightened, her wings quivered and she could feel her antenna stiffen. She was on top of her own high school. Below her was the gym showers. They were in use by the basketball team. Her present predicament, her pain and everything else faded from Mindy's mind. There were about twenty of them, all in the shower, all naked. Nary a jock strap, underwear nor even a towel was to be seen. Mindy walked the hallways with these boys all the time, talked to some of them. Now…

"Wow!" Never had she seen so many penis (penis's? peni? A part of her wondered what the right way to say it was) in one place. "They do flop around when guys walk." Mindy said. "That's ten bucks you owe me El."

Slowly Mindy climbed through the skylight and slid down a pipe to stand on the top of a fluorescent light fixture. She stared down at them, marveling at the sheer quantity of flesh. It wasn't as if she hadn't seen a naked guy before, she had cable after all. But these were guys she knew, classmates, occasional teammates. To see them like this, now, was a complete shock. Mindy normally stood at five feet eleven inches, in high school she usually didn't have to look up at a boy. But now…

"Inches to feet!" she whispered.

Her mind dead to everything but what her eyes saw Mindy watched the boys' shower. When the last one left she walked to the edge of the fixture. From there Mindy was able to see them dry off and get dressed. Somehow seeing the guys dress was more exiting to her than seeing them naked. Mindy had to fight the feelings in her body, at one point she almost cried out. Controlling herself the transformed young girl hoped her passion was the result of Helga's potion.

"Mindy McConnel is mine tomorrow." someone declared. Curious Mindy edged over a bit more to see who was talking.

"Not gonna happen." someone argued.

Just around the corner were Oliver Douglas and Arnold Zyphyl.

"I'm telling you Mindy is mine tomorrow night."

He's dreaming, Mindy thought.

"You're dreaming." Arnold confirmed.

Oliver flexed his muscles as if posing for a playgirl shot. He had a good body. Actually Mindy had to admit he had a great body. He stood 6 feet tall, slim and well chiseled. Dark brown hair, square jaw, hazel eyes and good white teeth. And seeing him naked Mindy realized his boast of penis size was not really exaggerated. Oliver was physically perfect. Trouble was, as Elvira often said, he had the mind of Andrew Dice Clay.

"Hey, I got her brother, I got her."

They both laughed.

"Yea." Arnold said. Though not as good looking as Oliver, he had a brooding, dangerous type of face. Black hair, gray eyes, more of a round jaw and a body that was nearly as chiseled as his friends. His penis was a bit smaller, Mindy noticed, despite his claims. "I still can't get the look on that snot's face when he pulled the trigger."

Trigger?

"Yea." Oliver said. "I watched the tape the other night." he mocked shooting a gun with a scared face. "Blam, blam."

"Cops are still trying to figure out who put wholes in their car."

They both laughed while a cold fury built up in Mindy. She'd had her problems with Robin, but she never thought he was this bad. Her mother was going to hear about this.

"I still say the little punk is not going to give you his sister."

"Hey, he got the bra didn't he? He tried to put that camera in the ceiling."

"Yea, I don't know who he was more scared of that day, you or his sister."

They both nearly broke down laughing and Mindy had to grasp the light fixture with both hands to keep focused. It wasn't only Arnold and Oliver, it was the fact that all around them were boys. Boys she once thought of as friends, or at least not enemies. All of them were listening, but none of them were protesting. She doubted this was the first time Oliver and Arnold had mouthed off. Not one person had warned her.

"Her then, me now." Oliver said. "And this time I gave him the clock camera. He puts it in for a weekend, I take the pictures out, and she's mine. Or she's on the net."

"So that's it." Mindy whispered, suddenly understanding her stepbrother a little better. She traced his obnoxious behavior back and suddenly remembered one night he'd snuck home a little drunk. It had been a few days after she'd cut Oliver down to size in the school lunchroom. They had been on one date, or rather she'd been on a date, from the way he told it he'd been to the Playboy mansion. Mindy had cut him to shreds and left everyone laughing at him.

"Got to watch out for her pal." Arnold said. "Remember Elvira."

"That dyke." Oliver said, dismissing Elvira with a wave of his hand.

"Hey she's dangerous. You weren't here last year when she took on Sam Drucker." Arnold let out a long breath. "I never saw anyone do that with a hockey skate before."

"Hey." Oliver said, combing his hair. "Not only will I get the big Mindy, I'll use her to get Elvira. Show her what a real man is."

With a cold fury Mindy watched them finish dressing and leave. The rage stayed with her as the other boys dressed and left. She watched until they were all gone, everything else forgotten. It was only after the last one had gone and the door closed did Mindy's mind start working again.

"Idiot!" she cursed. Luckily the steam from all the showers had melted most of the webbing and Mindy was able to clear her wings with her hands. Her wings felt fine so at least she seemed to recover quickly. Once she was sure they were strong enough took off and looked for another way out of the room. There wasn't any, at least none she could use. The doors were too big to open. The heating vent was screened. All the windows except the skylight were closed. She was trapped.

"What to do?" she asked the empty room, sitting down on a bench and hugging herself. Somehow hearing her own voice was reassuring. Rage competed with worry in her mind. With an effort she put down the rage, there would be time enough to deal with Oliver Douglas when she was tall enough to tear his head off. Mindy closed her eyes and took ten deep breaths. Then she opened them again.

"Well, I could try El's way of growing. But no, even if it worked I'd still be trapped. Worse I'd be trapped, naked in the boys showers." she shuddered. "I could try to stick it out here until Monday. Then

I'd be small and naked and in the boys shower. Damn him, if he was in that sort of trouble he could have come to me. Now Oliver will tear him to shreds. Unless I get big again, somehow."

Mindy stood up and looked at the skylight. She had to get to Elvira's house, spider men or no. Steeling her self, Mindy leapt up and flew to the skylight. Cautiously she peered through the opening.

The spider men were there. On the far ledge two of them tended to the rats, who looked slightly the worse for wear. The fight had hurt them, Mindy saw one of the spider men wrap webbing around a wound on the rats side. The third spider man walked slowly across the roof. Head bent to the gravel he used a match to light his way.

He was tracking her Mindy realized, and from the way he picked up a piece of gravel and studied it, she guessed he was good at it.

With a call the spider man beckoned his companions over to him. They left the rats to crowd around the rock he held. Suddenly each of them turned and looked at a different part of the roof. Not at her, Mindy realized, but at the south end of the building. Something scampered over there, she could see a small form in the shadows.

With a yell the spider men were off. Once she was sure they weren't going to look back Mindy took off. Her plan was to fly high enough to get a direct line of sight to Elvira'a house, then glide her way there.

"Sorry mouse." she whispered, fighting down her guilt.

"Owe...Help..."

Mindy stopped in mid climb. That was no mouse. She looked back, her antenna giving her a vague image of what was happening in the shadows. The spider men had a small human figure down and were wrapping him or her up.

"How many shrunken people are there in this town?" Mindy asked before diving into the melee. That she was charging into the very trio that had terrified her a few moments ago was completely lost on the young girl. Elvira called it; "Just being Mindy." Mindy was the type of person who picked worms up off the sidewalk after it rained and put them back on the grass. She had once charged a bulldozer, goalie stick in hand, when the driver seemed uncaring of the rabbit family he was displacing.

She wasn't afraid of them anymore. She was mad at them. Fear turned to rage was a deadly equation in Mindy. In the few seconds it took her to reach the spider men that rage consumed her. Giving her best; "Callisto" roar she attacked.

The spider men started to turn when they heard the screech, but by then she was on them. Her elongated toes curled into a tight fist, she hit the first one at the point where his arachnid and human halves merged. He went down convulsing but Mindy never saw it, she was onto the second target. A full chop to the throat followed by a stab at his eyes sent the spider man staggering back. The third spider man grabbed her wings and twisted, forcing Mindy to her knees. Enraged she kicked back and felt him give way. Spinning around she kicked him where the webbing came out, then slammed her palm into his nose. There was a satisfying crack and he staggered back, but only for a moment. Ignoring the pain he charged her. At the same time another foe grabbed her legs. Mindy fell over backward and each of the spider men grabbed for a limb. The young girl snarled and embraced the wolverine like rage within her. Her fingers seemed to turn to claws as they tore at her foes. A leg came near her face and she lurched forward and bit into it.

Mindy was fighting blind in he half darkness but it didn't matter. Somehow she knew the spider men didn't have a chance. She might have been wrong of course. It might have been the battle rage, but the battle was cut off before she found out.

A horn sounded, freezing them all. The spider man who hadn't joined the battle was standing on the edge of the building. Again he sounded his horn. There was a more desperate note to it now. At once the spider men abandoned Mindy and scuttled across the roof to their mounts. In less than 30 seconds they were dwindling in the distance. Mindy lay on the ground taking in deep gulps of air, her rage fading. In its place was a cold sinking feeling.

"I've never been that mad before." Mindy whispered feeling her whole body tremble. "Helga what did you do to me?"

It had to have been the potion, Mindy couldn't believe she could get that mad on her own. She hadn't even been that mad at Oliver. Slowly she sat up, taking stock. Though she couldn't see them Mindy could tell there were deep welts over every part of her body that could be hurt. Idly she wondered what had scared the spider men.

"Well they are kinda small." she said, standing up. Standing up reminded Mindy that she was just as small. Suddenly, fearfully, she searched the night sky. Nothing could be seen.

"Help... please."

"Oh yea." Mindy trotted over to the fallen figure. "It's ok." she said. "Those guys are gone. She was a girl, Mindy could tell that from the voice.

"I can't feel my legs." the girl said, some panic in her voice.

"Yea, it's that webbing stuff, it acts like novocaine." Mindy helped her sit up. The girl was surprisingly light. Or maybe I'm stronger now, Mindy reflected silently. "I think it'll dissolve in water."

"Good, I got a pool downstairs, sort of."

"A pool? Can't be the high school pool, that's been closed every since that big monster…"

"Mindy?" the girl asked, interrupting her.

"Yea, do I know you?"

"It's me Calliope."

"Umm…"

"Calliope McCoy, I sit behind you in Miss Brooks advanced English class.

"Ahh…" Mindy desperately search her memory. She'd gotten into the advanced English class to learn creative writing. It was mixed class, full of kids two years younger and a year older than she was. Into her mind popped the picture of a petite Asian handing her a pencil. "Oh yea, Calliope."

"That was great the way you handled those spider things. How'd you get turned into a fairy?"

"I helped Elvira on a babysitting job."

"Whoa, that's dangerous."

"No kidding." Mindy said. "How'd you get shrunk?"

"My evil aunt cursed me." Calliope said matter-of-factly. "We better get inside, that horn sounding means there's an owl on the prowl."

"Right. How?"

"Over there," Calliope said, "at the base of the air vent."

Mindy picked the small girl up in her arms and walked over to the vent. Calliope rested her head against Mindy's breast, sighing gratefully.

"Well we're here." Mindy said, stopping in front of the vent. At her size it looked an atlas rocket.

"Bang on it twice." Calliope said.

Mindy did so and a small door opened up. Peering in Mindy saw a set of Christmas tree lights and a rope ladder.

"How long have you been doing this?" Mindy asked, surprise plain in her voice.

"About two years." Calliope snuggled in closer and Mindy began to get a little uncomfortable. The girl seemed to be deliberately rubbing against her chest. And for some reason her chest was responding. "Can you handle the ladder?"

"No need." Stepping in the vent Mindy flapped her wings and they slowly descended. She was showing off and she knew it, but she couldn't help it. "How far down?"

"Just follow the lights."

It only took a few minutes for the two tiny girls to travel through the vents. Mindy stayed silent, concentrating on her flying. Calliope seemed almost to purr in her arms. The Christmas tree lights ended at another small door. Mindy pushed it open and glided into her science class.

If nothing else had brought the surrealism of her situation home to Mindy this did. She had walked into science class nearly every school day for three years. It was a normal room, with long tables topped with black stone. Stools substituted for chairs. The walls were dull gray with streaks of rust and water damage. A cracked blackboard ran the length of the room. Windows with wire lined glass looked out on the schoolyard. At the front of the room was the teachers table and behind that a door into her office. In the back of the room were small cubbyholes, some with doors, some without. On every table were at least one Bunsen burner and assorted bottles and flask. Mindy had never really given the room a second glance, despite her fondness for science.

But now the room dwarfed her. The tables were football fields set on highway supports, the stools looked like giant radio antennas. Worn wood floors that she had walked over without a thought stretched out before her like the Great Plains. Mindy swallowed.

"The table in the front." Calliope said.

Flying through the room was somehow more reassuring to the transformed young girl. Possibly it was because she flew at what would have been eye level. She landed on the table to find a mini deck chair, small lcd tv and a Ritz cracker the size of a birthday cake. Mindy carried Calliope past all of these to the tables built in sink. A dripping faucet let drop after drop into the sink. It was half full and with each drop a pool chair in it bobbed up and down. Without a word Mindy dropped Calliope into the water and then sat down, her mind handling the next shock.

Calliope was not human, at least not fully human. Though Mindy only had a vague recollection of the person who sat behind her in English class, she knew for a fact that that person did not have a tail. Nor did she have large mouse-like ears. But Calliope did. Mindy watched her swim, transfixed by the… What was she?

Calliope had raven black hair that was cut into a sort of Beatles like mop top with straight bangs above her eyes. Her eyes were slanted, Mindy remembered she was Asian in her human form, but wider than a normal persons. She had a little bit of a snout, with a cute little pink nose. All of this was on a round cheerful face. Her body was wide, with small breast with pointy little nipples (which Mindy could see when Calliope removed the nicely embroidered vest she had been wearing) and short legs. Her hands and feet were not quite human, being longer and… well mouse-like. Calliope's tail was almost as long as her legs, black and seemingly covered with velvet. When she did the backstroke Mindy saw a neat triangle of black hair between her legs.

"You ok?" Calliope asked, noticing that Mindy was staring at her.

"What are you?" Mindy blurted out, not able to take her eyes off the small swimming creature.

"I'm a were-mouse, Duh."

"Oh."

"Come on in, you look like you could use a bath too."

"Uh, no thanks, I don't think the wings were made for swimming."

"Oh yea. Hey I got an idea." Calliope swam over to the side and pulled her self up onto the table. Carefully keeping her tail off the tabletop, she walked over to the faucet and pushed a few buttons. The water started to drain from the sink while the faucet turned on to a light sprinkle. "We'll just give the water time to drain."

"How'd you become a were-mouse?"

"Oh, well about two years ago my dad, he's an inventor, was working on his time machine and he needed some money. So he calls his sister and she's like really into the idea, but when it works she only wants to go back and pick up the Mona Lisa, or some crown jewels or junk like that. My dad says no and she and him and my mom have this really huge fight. My aunt locks them both in the machine and takes them back to dinosaur days, but then when she gets back it breaks on her. So she figures I might cause trouble so she curses me, and now every month instead of getting my period I change into a were-mouse for a week or two. My aunts like WAY evil. Waters drained."

Mindy's mouth hung open in shock. Both at the way Calliope described the events, as if they happened to everyone, and that she went through the entire story without taking a breath.

"Come on." Calliope said, pulling her into the sink. With the water gone Mindy could see there was a plastic strip forming a ramp to the bottom of the sink. As she walked Mindy realized it was a ruler. "We should get that web stuff out of your hair before it gets really gross."

"Don't you miss your parents?"

"Sure, but my dad was the only one who knew about the time machine." Calliope pulled Mindy under the water. "And my mom always told me to go with the flow, things'll get better. Besides I like being a mouse sometimes."

"You do?"

"Uh-huh. Man this stuff is gooey. Wait here."

Feeling the water on her wings was a totally new experience for Mindy. She felt her wings stiffen then spread out. It felt a little like being sprayed with a garden hose on an extremely soft, though coarse, setting. She could feel every drop. Surprisingly it didn't feel that bad.

"Here we go." Calliope said, coming back down the ramp. She held something cupped in her hands. "Kneel down will ya?"

She knelt and Calliope opened her hands to let the shampoo flow into her hair. Mindy closed her eyes as the were-mouse began to massage the liquid into her hair.

"I usually keep this around for myself, you can't imagine how hard it is to keep a tail clean."

"Mmmn." Mindy hummed. She was starting to feel strange. Her stomach tightened, her mouth went dry. She could feel her antenna begin to stiffen. Of their own accord her arms came up and rested on Calliope's thighs. A wave of lust was rising in her, but Mindy felt no need to control it. Her mind had fogged over, as if she was half-asleep and having an erotic dream.

"Let's rinse." Calliope said, pulling Mindy fully under the water stream. Mindy stumbled forward, feeling the full power of the water hit her wings. She felt the webbing and shampoo flow off of her head and body. When the transformed girl looked back up at Calliope there was a strange look in her eyes.

"These are nice." Calliope said, fingering Mindy's antenna. An erotic thrill went through Mindy's body.

"Yea." she agreed quietly.

Calliope ran her fingers to the base of the antenna, then reached over and kissed them. Mindy gave a soft moan as the were-mouse took one of the antennas into her mouth. Her wings quivered. Calliope's tail reached around and began to rub against Mindy's vagina. Not willing to let her do all the work Mindy took Calliope's breast into her mouth, running her tongue over the nipple. Interlocked the two of them stumbled up the ramp to land on the towel. By that time Calliope was taking one of Mindy's antenna into her mouth as if she was giving a blow job. (and a part of Mindy wondered if this was what that felt like) While her other hand was stroking the other antenna up and down and playing with the tip. Mindy had one of Calliope's breast almost all the way into her mouth and was playing with the nipple. Her hand kneaded the were-mouses other breast while her other hand gently probed Calliope's pussy. Meanwhile Calliope's tail had found it's way into Mindy's own

pussy and was playfully searching for a sensitive spot. When the tail found the spot Mindy's mind exploded. It wasn't an orgasm as she had known them, the feeling went far beyond that. It was as if the entire cosmos was laid out at her feet. Mindy spent days exploring the beauty of creation, then returned to her body. Easing Calliope down Mindy pulled her antenna from the were-mouses mouth and slowly dragged them down Calliope's body. Calliope lay on the towel, her tail whipping back and forth. Her hands reached up to caress her own breast. Mindy eased the were-mouses legs open and slowly bent toward the black bush of hair. She didn't lick, as Calliope expected, rather she pried the pussy lips apart and eased one of her antenna into the opening.

Now it was Calliope's turn to experience unity with the universe. Her body was paralyzed with pleasure, only her tail quivering. First Mindy used one antenna, then the other. Pulling them in and out to the rhythms that only she and Calliope could sense. Mindy felt the were-mouses juices flow, and her antenna translated that feeling into near taste levels. Even stiff the antennas were incredibly maneuverable.

Mindy searched Calliope's womb even as she pulled the antenna in and out. After a blissful time Mindy pulled her wet antenna out of Calliope's vagina and worked her way back up the were-mouses body. Calliope needed no urging once the antenna were within reach of her mouth. First she sucked one, then the other. Her tail once again penetrated Mindy's pussy, even as Mindy's elongated fingers reached into hers. Mindy's wings started to flap, raising a whirlwind all around them. The towel rose around them and fell back, matching their rhythm. When at last both women crested Mindy's wings pulled them a foot above the table. They hovered there for a time, dangling on the ledge of infinity. Then slowly Mindy lowered them as their euphoric souls returned to their bodies.

Well, now that Mindy has had a break, what will she do now? She still has to get to Elvira's house, get a new outfit, get back to Carrion Mansion, grow, talk to her little brother and tear Oliver's arms off and beat him to death with them. Plus it would be a good idea to avoid Calliope's; "WAY evil"; aunt.
