A year had passed since the Power
Rangers of S.P.D. had defeated and captured their arch enemy, Emperor
Grumm. The Red Ranger had quit, and his
replacement, Sky, the former blue ranger, had been promoted to a non-combat

They were Bridge, who was once the green ranger, but had since been
promoted to blue, and then red. There

"You two check the prison",

"Where did they go?"

"I don't know", replied Z, but

light, but the two rangers didn't recognize him.
"Who are you?", demanded Syd.
"I am your end, but you may call me
Lord Zedd."
"That's it. S.P.D.- EMERGENCY!", and in a swift
motion the two girls flashed their badges, and transformed into the pink and
yellow rangers.
"I'm really not in the mood for a
battle right now. I think I'll just end
this", remarked Zedd. He waved his
staff, and dark energy began to surge from it, enveloping the power heroines,
and they blacked out.
