Issue 3 – Pillow Talk and Secret Origins

Stella drifted slowly in the weightless room above the Earth in the arms of Prince Cavinu.  Naked, they caressed and watched the world turn beneath them.  Their discarded costumes floated around them like orbiting worlds, she batted aside her cape as it drifted by.  The couple were exhausted from their efforts and basked in the sweet afterglow.

The Prince hadn’t been kidding about being from a high gravity world.  Even in the throes of ecstasy he had been at least as strong as Stella.  It felt like he had steel under his green skin.

“Tell me more” the Prince whispered in her ear.

“Hmmm?”  Stella muttered.

“Please my love, you must tell me more about yourself, I feel as though I know nothing about you.”

“Well… I don’t know much about you either Prince Cavinu.  I haven’t even seen the rest of the ship.”

He nibbled on her ear.  “Soon my sweet, soon.  But what of your story?”

“Well… I guess it started five years back when I was a fourteen…”

***

It all started in Littledale, Lynn Lewis’ hometown.

“Golly Ma!  Is cousin Ken really coming to visit?”  Lynn Lewis asked.

“Yessiree, he’s a big time reporter now for the Daily Comet.  But since his parents passed away he’s coming here for Thanksgiving dinner.”

“Yay!”

Over dinner cousin Ken thrilled young Lynn with stories of the big city and his exciting life there.  He even told her stories about Stellar Man and his amazing adventures on Earth and in space.

“Golly cousin Ken, I sure wish I had powers like Stellar Man, I’d help people all the time!”

“I bet you would cousin Lynn, I bet you would.”  He laughed.

That night young Lynn awoke to the sounds of screams and fire.  She raced to her window and saw the barn was burning and the flames were spreading.  She ran to cousin Ken’s guest room but he was already gone.  Strangely, his pajamas were on the floor.  But she didn’t have time to think, ma and pa were shouting for her to get out.  Running out into the driveway she saw what had started the fire, it was the most amazing thing she had ever seen.

In the skies above the Lewis farm Stellar Man was fighting a dark armored figure!  His Stellar Vision bounced harmlessly off the creature’s ebony armor, the creature’s energy blasts bounced harmlessly off Stellar Man’s invulnerable hide.

“I have found you again Leroj!  You thought you could hide in that mortal shell but you have doomed yourself and the foolish earthling!  And after him, his entire world!  I never should have spared it the first time!”

“Never!  You Necrovores will never hurt me again!”  With that Stellar Man streaked off into the sky, vanishing in a blur.  The armored attacker hovered in the air, puzzled.

“Flee?  You have fled from me?  A foolish move my cowardly foe, for wherever you hide I shall follow.  But first I must recharge my soul engines, their power dims…”

The armored creature turned his dark helmet towards the farm, towards the Lewis family.  He chuckled; it was a dry sound, like snapping twigs.  He landed slowly in front ma and pa.

“Are you typical?”  It asked.

“T-typical?”

“Are you normal inhabitants of this world?”

“Why yes, I guess we are.”

The Necrovore’s gauntleted arm lashed out, grabbing pa Lewis by the neck.  Pa gasped once and died, his body decayed into dust.  It dusted its hands and turned towards Lynn and her mother.

“Weak.  Pathetic.  I will need millions of your kind to recharge my soul engines.  Fortunately there are a lot of you.”

That was when Lynn fainted.

She awoke in a fantasy castle of diamonds and ice.  Stellar Man stood over with a grave look on his face.

“Stellar Man!”  She cried out with joy and hugged him.  “I knew you wouldn’t run away!  I knew you’d save us!”

Stellar Man was silent, a small sob escaped his mighty frame.

“Stellar Man?  Stellar Man?  Stellar Man are you OK?  Where’s ma and pa?  Where’s cousin Ken?”

He grasped her tightly and sobbed again.  “They’re dead Lynn, you parents are dead, I was too late to save them…  I… I knew I could beat the Necrovore but I needed speed, I needed momentum so he couldn’t drain my energy… I thought he would follow me… I was halfway through my slingshot maneuver around Jupiter when he killed your father.  I was just entering the atmosphere when he killed your mother… He already had you when I hit him… I’m sorry, Lynn, I’m so, so sorry…”

“NO!  NO!  It can’t be!  You’re wrong!  Where’s ma and pa!  Where’s cousin Ken!”

“Lynn, Lynn listen to me, there’s so much I have to tell you, I… I’m your cousin, I’m Ken Clarkson!  And I have to tell you, in order to save you I had to-”

“NO!”  The hysterical girl shoved Stellar Man as hard as she could.  The Man of the Stars flew through a diamond-hard wall and into the next room.  Lynn looked at her own hand, astonished.

“You were dying when I hit the Necrovore.  His power must have been very low, he exploded when I hit him at the speed of light.  I took you here to save you and infused you with some of my energy, it’s lucky we’re cousins, if we weren’t so similar it would not have worked, it saved your life and gave you a fraction of my powers.”

“You mean… I’m like you?  I’m some kind of Stellar Girl?”

“Yes Lynn.  I’m sorry I failed your family, I’m sorry for everything that happened, but I promise you, from now on we’ll be partners, Stellar Man and Stellar Girl, defending Earth together!”

***

“And you know, for a minute there it almost made up for it…  I learned his secrets then, how back in the 50’s my cousin Ken saved the life of an alien named Leroj.  Leroj was a being of pure energy being hunted by something called a Necrovore who consumes life energy.  The Necrovore was about to finish off Leroj when Ken rode his bicycle by.  He quickly put on a blanket as a cape and yelled at the Necrovore, telling him he was Earth’s defender.  The Necrovore was distracted long enough for Leroj to hit him with one last blast and disappear.  The Necrovore blasted Ken out of spite and took off into space looking for Leroj.  But Leroj was hiding; he was too weak to fly into space.  He made it to Ken and somehow bonded with him.  That’s how Ken got his powers and became Stellar Boy.”

“Truly?  So Stellar Man’s power source was Luminor.”

“A what?”

“Being of pure energy.  They were one of the oldest and most benevolent races in the universe, traveling the cosmos, nurturing younger races, for billions of your years the Luminors kept the peace in the galaxy.  Until the Necrovores came.”

“I, uh, I never knew.”

“The Necrovores are a race that discovered the secret of draining life energy and using it to power their black armored suits.  Centuries ago they attacked the Luminors’ home in the heart of the galaxy, absorbing their power.  The peaceful beings had no real defense again these foes.  The more energy they used, the more the Necrovores drained.  Finally the last few survivors ran, scattering across the galaxy.  The Luminor who bonded with your cousin may very well have been the last one in the universe.”

“That’s so sad.”

“And the power inside you may be the last trace of them.  It’s an invaluable treasure you hold inside your chest.”  The prince stroked her light pink nipples and Stella giggled.

“So after that…”

***

Stellar Girl modeled her new costume.  It was based on Stellar Man’s but instead of the red briefs on the outside she made it a blue minidress that came down halfway to her knees.  Red panties were hidden under the skirt, she liked them, they made her feel a bit naughty.

“Yes, very nice…”  Stellar Man said without looking up from his cosmic telescope.

“So cousin Ken, I mean Stellar Man, where can I stay here?  I only found one bedroom, that weird one you keep locked.”

“Stay here?  You can’t stay here.”

“Oh, so I guess I’ll move to Megapolis and stay with you.”  The girl smiled at the thought, she was finally going to see the big city!

“No of course not.  You’ll have to enter an orphanage.”

“What?  Oh no!  Cousin Ken you can’t put me in an orphanage!”

“I must.  You have no family other than me and I dare not take you in, my enemies might try to attack me through you.”

“But I thought no one knew your secret identity?”

“Um… no, but um… they might someday discover it.”

“But I thought I was as powerful as you, so how can they hurt me?”

“Um… well… your powers are actually a little weaker than mine and they might somehow find a way to hurt you, after they somehow find out my secret identity.”

“Uh…  Well… at least we can be together on patrol and everything.”

“Actually no.  I’ve decided you must remain a secret for now.  That way you can assist me in my cases but my enemies won’t know about you and will not be able to prepare.”

Stellar Girl began to choke up.  “But you said we’d be partners…”

Stellar Man finally looked away from the telescope and put his strong hands on the sobbing girl’s shoulders.  “Yes, we will be partners.  Secret partners.  For now at least.  And who knows, maybe someday, when you have mastered your powers I can reveal you to the world!  Won’t that be great!

“Um…”

He squinted his eyes a bit, strange lights danced in them, Stellar Girl felt a bit of dizziness and shook her head.

“THAT’S GREAT STELLAR MAN!”

***

“Wait, wait… he hypnotized you?”

“Yeah.  He did that a lot.  I didn’t even know until I saw him do the same thing to Polly Path a year later, and by then I was used to it.”

***

“You don’t have a mask on your Stellar Girl costume so you’ll have to wear this to hide your identity.”  Stellar Man held up a pair of thick glasses and a brown wig the color of mouse fur.

“But no one knows Stellar Girl exists!”  Lynn protested.

“You can never be too careful.”

So Lynn Lewis covered her beautiful blond hair and spent the next three years in the orphanage.  Her cousin told her she could not be adopted (since it might give away her secret) so Lynn had to constantly sabotage herself to make sure potential parents disliked her.  He also banned her kissing boys or even holding hands with them, so she had to make sure none of the boys liked her too much either.  Soon no one did.

“That Lynn is so clumsy.”

“That Lynn is always disappearing.”

“No one wants to adopt her.”

“I heard her cousin in Megapolis doesn’t even want her.”

“And who can blame him.”

It was a lonely three years.

Some nights she would go into action as Stellar Girl but always in secret, always making sure no one knew she had helped them.  It made her feel good to help people, even though she got sad whenever she saw Stellar Man winning an award.  Once or twice she slipped up and Stellar Man punished her severely.  Sometimes taking away her powers temporarily or exiling her into space.  Once he even spanked her.  But it was OK, she understood.

Finally when she was 18 he promised to show her to the world.  He broke his promise three times, each time saying she was not ready.  When he finally did reveal her existence it was the happiest day of her life.  There was a tickertape parade down Mooney Avenue and a meeting with President Nixon and a statue of her in the Stellar Man museum.  They were finally partners!

But then Stellar Man ordered her away.  “Megapolis doesn’t need two Stellar heroes to protect it, you should find your own city, your own life.”  So Lynn tried.  First she became a student at Stanhope college, but after she kept leaving in the middle of class without a good reason she was expelled.  She tried being a soap opera actress in New York, but Stellar Man made her quit, he was afraid someone might figure out her identity.  She was about go back to school in Chicago when she suddenly found herself filling the boots of the world’s greatest hero.

***

“Your cousin sounds very cruel.”

“I guess… in some ways… but he tried so hard to protect the Earth, I’m sure he always meant well.”

“Well never worry my dear, you will never have to return to that terrible world.  Stay with me Stella, stay with me Lynn, and together we shall explore the stars!”  Prince Cavinu gestured to towards the vista outside the spaceship.

“I…”

“Please Stella, join me, let us be together forever!”

“I… can’t” she looked down at Earth.  “I have a duty…”

“To whom?  Your cousin is gone.  And from what you say he was never treated you well at all.  What in fact has your world done for you?”

“I’m sorry Prince Canvinu, but I can’t, with Stellar Man… gone, I have to protect the Earth, I mean without me, who can protect it from people like Crowe or Univac?  I’m sorry.  You’ll come back won’t you?  To visit Earth?  To visit me?”

“Perhaps.  But first I think we can spend some more time together…”  His eager fingers dipped between her thighs, Stella moaned and opened her legs obligingly.

***

Gregg lit a joint and passed it to the Minx.  She accepted and Gregg lit another for himself.

“Hey, uh, sorry about the heat, I’d uh, offer to let you take a shower but I got no hot water either.”

“Mmm, that’s OK tiger, you’re keeping me warm already.”  The Minx snuggled closer to him.  “But now that you mention it why not move out of this dump?”

“On a cop’s salary?  I can barely afford this dump.  Let me tell you ever since Commissioner Barbarossa retired we’ve been getting the shaft.”

“So why stay?”

“Why?  Cause I’m a cop, that’s what I am, I like it, and besides, how many other jobs are there where you can shoot people?”  He chuckled.  “What about you?  You’re doing the same job I am only for no money and you don’t even get a gun.  What’s your deal?”

“Sorry lover boy, secret identity stuff, let’s just say I’m a civic-minded sort of girl, and a BIG support of my local police department…”  She reached down and stroked his shaft.  Gregg grinned like a school boy as her lips supported Officer Lil’Gregg.

And the Minx remembered how it all began in 1965 when she was just 18...

***

“Gloria, what the hell is this!?”  Commissioner Joe Barbarossa demanded from his daughter.

“Dad!  Did you go through my stuff?”

“It was right out on your desk, and don’t confuse the issue, is this what it looks like?”

“If it looks like an application to the police academy then yes, yes it is.”

“I thought we discussed this, it’s much too dangerous for you!  Since your mother passed away you’re all I have!”

“No daddy, we didn’t ‘discuss’ anything, you just yelled at me until I went up to my room.  I know it’s dangerous, I’ve heard all your stories, I talk to the cops who come for dinner, I know that, and I still want to do it!”

“I forbid it!”

“You can’t! I’m an adult and I can do what I want!”

“Goddamn women’s lib can make me put dames on the force but they sure as heck can’t make me put my daughter on it!”

He was right of course.  Helena applied three times to the Megapolis Police Department and was refused each time despite perfect test scores.  She tried some of the neighboring towns and even the FBI but got the same answer.  After months of frustration she enrolled in a library science program at Megapolis Junior College.  She figured she would specialize in law and enter the force as a civilian employee, then maybe she could work her way in, maybe after her father retired.

She started the program in September and by October there was relative peace in the Hamilton household.

“Sweetie, which costume should I wear to Wes Adams’ Halloween party?  Caesar or the sheriff?”

“The sheriff dad.”

“Isn’t that a little obvious?”

“Maybe but you don’t have the legs for a toga.”

“What about you honey?  What are you going as?”

“It’s a surprise daddy.  Hey do you know if detective Stanley will be there?”

“I don’t know, but I bet he wouldn’t mind an invitation, especially if he knew my pretty daughter was asking about him.”

“Daddy!  You’re so naughty!  Don’t you dare tell him I asked!

That night Commissioner Barbarossa rode in with the mayor and his daughter took a cab out to stately Adams Manor.  The party stopped when she walked in.  She was wearing a costume she’d designed herself, a brown and tan female version of Night Fox’s famous costume.  Like the male version it was tight but unlike the beefy crime fighter she had curves to hug and features to accent.  Gloria Barbarossa was in the prime of her womanhood and had a lot to show off.

“Who’s that?”

“Whoa mama!”

“Man that should be the police woman uniform!”

The party went on into the night. As usual Wes Adams was late for his own party.  The mayor got drunk and started fondling other men’s wives but Commissioner Barbarossa managed to keep him out of too much trouble.  Gloria fended off advances from drunken cops and businessmen, giggling as they tried to guess who she was.  In that get-up no one connected her with the Commissioner’s shy daughter.  Even her father chatted with her, showing no sign of knowing who she was.

There was a sudden commotion.

“Hello you great and good of Megapolis!  The Green Golfer is here to relieve you of your wallets!”  Everyone ducked as the supervillain shot an exploding golf ball into the chandelier.

The Green Golfer was one of Night Fox’s lesser foes, once a champion golfer he was caught cheating on the pro tour and then turned his talents towards crime.  He used exploding golf balls and gimmick golf clubs to rob people.  It was all pretty stupid but in the 60’s everyone had a shtick, no one seemed to notice how dumb it was.  His henchmen, the Caddies burst into the ball room grabbing jewelry and wallets from the frightened guests.  Gloria saw her father reach for his gun but it was just a toy that came with the sheriff’s outfit.  A Caddy clubbed him over the head with a 4-iron.

“Daddy!”  She yelled and charged the henchmen.  She jumped off a table and tackled him.  The surprised Caddy hit a marble statue and fell unconscious.

“HOLY SHIT IT’S NIGHT FOX!”  A Caddy yelled.

“Naw, it’s just some Night Fox Girl” the Green Golfer replied.  He reached into the pocket of his hideous plaid sweater and took out another golf ball.  He carefully laid it on the floor and putted it towards her.

Gloria charged towards the Green Golfer as the buffet table exploded behind her.  The explosion knocked her forward and she plowed into the Golfer knocking him down too.  She staggered to her feet and shook her head.  The Golfer was down, the cops at the party were rounding up the henchmen and everyone was looking at her.  She was about to apologize for her dumb move (she could have gotten them all killed! She realized) when suddenly they broke into applause.

“Wow!”

“She really is Night Fox Girl!”

“Did you see that flying tackle?  Amazing!”

She cleared her throat.  It was like an epiphany.  Maybe Gloria Barbarossa would never be a cop, but maybe, just maybe, Night Fox Girl could.

“People of Megapolis remember, crime is crafty but Night Fox Girl is craftier still!”  She palmed one of the Golfer’s smoke balls and detonated it.  Under cover she slipped out of the party.  She grabbed her coat from the check room and threw it over the costume, with her mask off she was able to hail a cab and return home without incident.

The next day she told her dad she had a bit of a cold and missed the party.  She heard how minutes after Night Fox Girl’s dramatic debut the real Night Fox and Ferret showed up.  They claimed to have no idea who this new female was but vowed to find out.

Over the next year or two Gloria’s connections in the department and mastery of information science allowed her to keep up with Night Fox and his cases.  She would always appear at just the right time.  It seemed every week they would get into some death trap and escape from it together.  Some of the situations were truly bizarre.  She spent one night entangled with Night Fox and Ferret in some sort of human Siamese knot, another night they were in a giant hourglass about to be crushed by sand.  It was absurd, but it was the psychedelic 60’s and no one seemed to mind.

Eventually the World’s Greatest Detective figured out who she was, but by then she’d figured out Night Fox was really millionaire Wes Adams and that Ferret was really his ward Warren Herbert.  She learned that Wes and Warren were getting on in years.  They’d been fighting crime more than 25 years and looking for a replacement.  They trained her, they gave her equipment and when Wes’ back finally gave out they turned the whole operation over to her.

She realized that for Stella her powers and her responsibilities were a burden she had never asked for.  Her origins were rooted in tragedy and death.  But for the Minx her crime-fighting career was a dream come true and she was determined to enjoy it.

***

Gregg was snoring now.  The Minx disentangled herself and gathered her black lacey undergarments and her long mink coat.  She put her gimmicked diamond necklace back on and looked at.  Surely she could spare one, after all she could always get more…

The detective woke up the next morning freezing and sore.  But on the table he found a half-inch long diamond pendent with a note:

I expect you’ll have a nicer place next time I come over.

-Minx

He smiled and laughed.

“I bet working with Night Fox was never like this!”

***

Stella pulled her tight hotpants over the curve of her ass and reached for her blouse and cape as they drifted by.  Prince Cavinu reached around her and fondled her breasts from behind.  She cooed contently.

“Please Stella, stay with me.”

She stretched out a long leg and pulled on a ballet slipper.  She tied the ribbons up her calf.  Then she added the other one.

She turned and kissed him on the lips.  “I’m sorry my prince, I have to go, but please come back soon.”

She turned and drifted towards the hatch.

“Negative.  Stellar Girl will remain.”  Said a cold mechanical voice behind her.

“Huh?  What’s wrong with your voice-” She turned.  Prince Cavinu was there but his warm features had become cold and hard.

“Submit yourself for examination.”

“Prince Cavinu?  What’s wrong?”

The Prince’s eyes glowed red and cones of light shot out enveloping Stella.  She felt her powers leave her.  “Prince Cavinu stop that!  You’re taking away my powers!”

Metal tentacles snaked out of the walls and grabbed her arms and legs.  The Girl of the Stars was powerless and spread-eagled in the alien ship.  Prince Cavinu reached up and pulled at his own hair, the wig came off revealing circuits beneath it.

“Stellar Girl, we meet again.”

“Univac!  Univac the Collector!”  She shouted.

“Indeed.”  Univac reached up again and pulled off the lifelike mask that hid his robotic features.  The rest of his skin peeled off in layers.

“Of course!  Prince Cavinu, that’s just Univac spelled backwards!”

“Sadly we robots were never noted for our originality.  However I calculated you would be too blinded by lust to notice the simple deception.”

Stella blushed.  “Why?  Why are you doing this to me?”

“Since I first encountered your cousin I have sought to keep him for study.  A Luminor bonded to a human is too great a treasure to go unexamined.  Sadly that is no longer possible.  However you will be an adequate substitute.”

“Please let me go!  Please!  You can scan me or whatever but please let me go back to Earth!”

“I estimate a through examination and experimentation will require 10 of your Earth years.  At the end of that period you may return.  If you survive.”

“No!!”

Univac turned to leave.  He turned off his eye beams and Stella felt her powers return but even with her powers the tentacles holding her were too strong.  Before he left Univac turned and reached for Stella’s hot pants.

“Perhaps this will help pacify you.”

The robot reached between his legs and pulled off a thick cylinder.

“N-no!  NO!”  Stella squirmed and tried to escape but the robot slipped the cylinder in between her legs.  It began to vibrate.

“I assure you it is the same cylinder you enjoyed a few minutes ago.  I do not wish for your stay there to be entirely unpleasant.”

“Go to hell!”

“You will learn to accept it.”

Univac left and the door closed.

Then the probes started.

Metal tentacles roamed her body feeling every inch of her skin, running through her hair, prying into her mouth and, most painfully of all, up her tight anus.

Strange beams in many colors blasted her body.  Some were harmless, others made her feel hot or cold or dizzy.  A few even hurt.

And through it all that evil cylinder between her legs hummed away.  Sometimes as the tentacles brushed her breasts or pulled at her ears it would feel pleasant but most of the time it was just maddening like an inch she couldn’t scratch.

Pinpoint red lights were shown on her skin, dispelling her invulnerability long enough for needs to extract hair, blood and tissue samples.  A thin metal feeler shot into her mouth and snaked down her esophagus, she screamed impotently at the invasion.   A cloud of acidic gas was shot into her face scorching her eyes and nose.  A laser was shot at her left thigh, it grew stronger and hotter bit by bit until it finally penetrated her skin.  Stella screamed!  She’d never been hurt while her powers were working!  The laser stopped, a yellow light shined on her leg and the burn healed.  She gasped in relief.  Then another laser hit her right thigh and made her scream again.

Loud noises and high-pitched sirens sounded in the chamber making her wince with pain.  She heard several high pitched whines until the machinery settled on one the made her bones shake and her head split.  Then it stopped.

Red and yellow lights strobed above her, she felt her powers come and go.  Sensitive instruments recorded how quickly she changed.

Then the beams of light turned pink, the cylinder hummed faster and the tentacles ran up and down her inner thighs.

“OHMYGAWD YES!”  Stella cried and her entire body shook in an incredible orgasm.  The beams cycled from pink to green, now Stella squirmed in pain, sweat covered her lithe body soaking her costume, she bit her lip to keep from screaming.  “I won’t give him that satisfaction” she thought.  But her determination only lasted so long.  After what felt like an eternity but was in fact no more than a minute she cried out “STOP! OH STARS AND COMETS STOP!”  And then it did.

The lights dipped deep into the indigo range and Stella collapsed lifeless in her bonds.

***

Stella awoke in the tender arms of her lover.  He gently kissed her neck and helped her down.  He stroked her sweaty hair held her limp body in his arms.  He carried her out the door and into a corridor.

“…wha…”  she muttered, still half conscious from her ordeal.

“It’s OK Stella, you’ll be all right, I’m here to help you.”  He looked down, his eyes turned yellow and Stella felt her strength return.  “I’m radiating yellow stellar radiation, it should charge your body quickly-“

Stella moved in a blur and shoved Prince Cavinu against the wall.  She raised a fist.  “You just made a big mistake Univac!”

“No!  Please!  It’s me, it’s really me, Prince Cavinu!”

“Nice try Univac but I already checked you with my Stellar Sight, I can see the robot body under that fake skin.”

“Yes, yes I am a robot but I am also Prince Cavinu, please listen to me!”

“You have ten seconds then I start smashing!”

“I’m a program created by Univac to love you and to be loved by you.  My feelings are real, my identity is real, I know I’m a computer program but I know what I feel!  In order to capture you Univac created me and then turned off my program when he was done.  I had no idea what he would do until he took control.  But now Univac is distracted by Halley’s Comet and I was able to activate and take control of a spare robot body to free you.”

“That was longer than 10 seconds.”

Prince Cavinu blushed and looked down.  Stella put him down and sighed.  “Okay, if what you say is true, what’s next?  I don’t want to be Univac’s science project for the next 10 years.”

“Univac intends to finish his observations of Halley’s Comet in the next few minutes then jump to hyperspace.  Once he leaves he’ll be millions of miles away.  I’ve sabotauged his memory banks, he won’t have the coordinates to return, he may never find your star-system again.”

“Wow.  OK then, let’s get off this ship.”

“This way…”  Prince Cavinu found an airlock and pushed Stella in.  He closed the inner door.

“What!”  She shouted through the porthole.

“I’m sorry Stella, I cannot go with you, my program was always for a tragic love affair.  But I know you’ll take a piece of me with you.”  He pulled a lever and the outer door opened, Stella was flushed out into space.  Before she could recover the saucer began to glow and then vanished in a burst of four-dimensional light.

“Stars and comets…”  Stellar Girl whispered.  “I’ll miss him.”  She shed a single tear that froze on her cheek.  Then she noticed the buzzing between her legs.  Embarrassed she looked all around, no one was watching, there was nothing but Halley’s Comet for thousand of miles.  She sighed and reached inside her hotpants.  She squeezed out the phallic metal tube that had been inside her.

“I guess he was right, I do have a piece of him.”  She tucked it into her cape.

“Now how the heck do I get home?”
