Character Name: Scarlet Witch (Scarlet/Wanda)
Affiliation: Heroine
Physical Description:
Female in early to mid 20s, 5'7", 130 lbs., long auburn hair, blue eyes. She wears a rose-colored body stocking to her wrists and ankles, under a leather leotard, calf-high boots, long gloves, a full cloak, and a cloth tiara, all crimson in color.
Powers:
Primary- Mutant hexing power alters probability fields causing unlikely phenomena to occur (disruption of energy fields, objects burst aflame, structures collapse, and such).
Secondary- Some basic skills in traditional witchcraft (heal, create food/drink, dispel, and such).
Accessories (to enhance abilities):
She carries the Scepter of Transference (which channels and partially controls her hex powers as beams or shields, depending on whether the scepter is grounded or pointed), and wears the Broach of Displacement (which causes her physical self to be displaced instantly in space when she energizes it with her hex power) on the front of her cloak beneath her chin (it is not the cloak's clasp) and the Disc of Mental Serenity (which protects her from most telepathic, psychic, or hypnotic attacks) on her cloth tiara.
These hi-tech devices are constructed from adamantium and special rubies, and infused with powerful magical energy. Beware villains, these accessories may be only be removed by the Scarlet Witch herself, or the remover will be assaulted by the magic power within. Additionally, they reappear in their appropriate places each time the Scarlet Witch uses magic to create her costume.
The Scarlet Witch recently 'earned' a magic Ioun stone, which circles unseen above her head, from Vladi Wizard. When she remembers to use it, the violet crystal protects her from all forms of fire and heat.
Weaknesses:
Effects of mutant power somewhat unreliable and highly unpredictable; these traits are prevalent even when using accessories.
Miscellaneous/Background:
The Scarlet Witch was born with her twin brother Quicksilver from the union of the mutant Magneto and a gypsy women called Magda, neither of which she knew during her childhood. When her mutant power first developed, the Scarlet Witch accidentally caused a major fire in her village. She and her brother were driven into the wilderness, but were soon recruited into the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants by Magneto, who they served for a while (not knowing he was their father). When their father disappeared for a while, the siblings joined the mighty Avengers, where the Scarlet Witch received some training in traditional witchcraft from her mentor, the now deceased witch Agatha Harkness.
Recently, she was captured by Thorne, owner of the infamous Justice Club. He discovered that the Scarlet Witch, had another persona buried within her..Wicked Wanda. Thorne used torture and mental manipulation to free that persona. Wicked Wanda had always been there, but somehow the do-gooder Avenger had kept the evil side of her mind in check. It couldn't have been easy, for Wanda's final freeing had resulted in acute schizophrenia; now she and the Scarlet Witch were truly two people sharing the same body.
Limits:
No snuff (includes suicide), toilet, dismemberment, major blood, children, or real animals. Push these limits and you will meet Wicked Wanda; you WILL NOT like what she does to you.
