See... what had happened was...
This story started out as a Victory Showcase. A relatively short SHC story where the superheroine is triumphant!
I had so many ideas for the story going in that it caused me to get lost. I was two installments in and all that happened so far
was people (gorgeous people) talking... I panicked!
I quickly jumped to a flashback where UltraGirl Prime fought The Incineratrix!
The Incineratrix is very powerful and nearly cooks and beats UltraGirl Prime to death.
I finished that battle and then obliterated the "4th Wall" and ended the crazy story.

So what we ended up with is a story about one of UltraGirl Prime's victories where she gets savagely beaten and ends up...
yes... winning. But in a very unimpressive way! I've since put limits on myself and my stories and hope this doesn't happen again
BUT we ended up with one hell of a great superheroine peril tale that I can sell you for a relatively cheap price.
